Privacy policy At illPod we do our utmost to make sure all data stored on our website, servers and computer systems is kept safe. Not only do we rigorously comply with the data protection act(1998) we also continuously review security especially on the website to ensure all your personal data is as safe and secure. We never share your information with third parties and will only contact you about relevant offers and promotions if you have authorized us to do so. Warranty All repairs carried out by us come with a 3-month warranty. If an iPod fails within 3 months of a previous repair, it must be returned to us for inspection to ascertain if the fault was caused or related to the repair. The warranty does not cover accidentally damage, wear and tear or damage while in transit (although we do return all iPods using insured postage service). If the fault is not related to the parts used or the process of the original repair, then illPod is not liable.
All parts sold outside our repair service without fitting come with a 30 day warranty. If a part fails it must be returned for inspection and a replacement part or refund will be supplied if the part is found to be faulty.
Returns
In the unlikely event that incorrect parts are dispatched these will be exchanged free of charge, however if the wrong part was ordered and an exchange is required a there may be a fee for restocking and testing the part is still in working order.
Shipping Customers are liable for postage of there iPods/iPhones to us, but all iPods are returned Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service has insurance for items up to £500 covering them for any damage during transit. VAT All prices on the site include VAT at the current rate.
